PUBG Mobile Game To Relaunch Soon.

PUBG India Private Limited is now a legit company in India after the approval of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.This means the PUBG India game is going to launch very soon , The company is already listed on the ministry's website with a valid corporate Identidy Number(CIN) and registered office is in Bengaluru.

 The directors of PUBG India Private Limited are kumar krishnan Iyer and Hyunil Sohn. The company was incorporated on November 21,2020 in Karnataka with a paid up capital of Rs 5 lakh and authorised capital of Rs 15 lakh as subsidiary of foreign company. Iyer is also the director of eight other companies including Accuweather India Private Limited . 

PUBG Corporation , creator of Playerunknown's Battleground (PUBG) and subsidiary of south Korea's Krafton Inc will be launching PUBG MOBILE INDIA soon . It will be a new game created specifically for the Indian market.

So, what you expect from the new Indian version of the game? "Various aspects of the game will be customized for Indian gamers , such as the game now being set in a virtual simulation training ground , new character automatically starting clothed , now green hit effects to reflect the virtual nature of the game. More importantly the company will include a feature that places restrictions on game time to promote healthy gameplay habits for younger player," it explained.

The PUBG India Private Limited Company is said to hire over 100 employee specializing in business, esports , and game development.  In addition to establishing a local office , the company will look to actively collaborate and leverage local businesses to strengthen its gaming service.

The company also announced plans to make investment worth $100 million in India to cultivate the local video game,esports,entertainment, and IT industries.
